The Giverb Spotlight: Alina Morse - Transforming Candy with Zolli Pops

Welcome to another edition of The Giverb Spotlight! Today, we're highlighting an incredible young entrepreneur who is literally sweetening the world while promoting oral health - meet Alina Morse, the teenage CEO of Zolli Candy.
Alina's journey began when she was just seven years old. A trip to the bank resulted in a conversation with her father about the detrimental effects of sugar on teeth. This sparked a lightbulb moment for the young Alina: why not make a healthy lollipop that's actually good for your teeth? With this question in mind, Alina and her father embarked on a mission that turned into a candy revolution.

After several failed attempts at making lollipops at home and investing $7,500 (saved from birthdays and matched by her father), Alina successfully created a prototype of her product. But her candy was not just another lollipop on the shelf. Her "Zolli Pops" contained all-natural ingredients and an important addition - Xylitol and Erythritol. These natural sweeteners not only offer a delightful taste but also help reduce the bacteria that cause cavities and tooth decay.
Alina's ambition didn't stop at just creating her product. At just nine years old, she pitched her product to Whole Foods, which became the stepping stone for her company. Today, her products, including Zolli Pops, Zolli Drops, and Zaffy Taffy, can be found on the shelves of giant retailers like Walmart, Target, Kroger, and more.
However, the path to success wasn't a walk in the park for Alina. Balancing her role as a CEO, a student, and just a regular kid enjoying dance competitions was challenging. But her focused nature and time management skills have allowed her to navigate this multifaceted lifestyle successfully. Alina believes in dedicating herself completely to the task at hand, whether that be at school, her dance studio, or running Zolli Candy.

With her company now selling products worldwide, Alina continues to pioneer new frontiers in her business. From introducing vegan caramel to jelly beans, she constantly seeks innovative ways to offer fun, clean teeth candy for families. Despite her success, Alina's ambitions remain rooted in altruism. Her "Two Million Smiles Initiative" aims to provide free Zolli Pops to schools, promoting oral health among students.
In the world of young entrepreneurs, Alina Morse shines brightly as an example of how an idea, when pursued with dedication, can turn into a reality that benefits many. She's a testament to the power of asking questions, working hard, and never giving up on your dreams. She has proven that age is just a number, and with belief and tenacity, anyone can change the world, one lollipop at a time.
